Only issue was temp control. Room was way too hot and they did attempt to fix and offered us new room. Just never got cool. Super friendly.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. There was no view but that’s common in these older buildings, I believe. Overall would highly recommend and will stay again on my next business trip.

I do not consider myself much of a brand loyalist, but whenever I travel to a city, I will always look first into whether there is a Kimpton property. I have stayed at their hotels in a few other cities, and I have never been disappointed - customer service and amenities are top notch. At this location, you get a beautiful and stylishly updated art deco building and a walkable neighborhood with great dining options. Wine social in the evening and good coffee in the morning (free, a rapidly vanishing treat these days). Their friendliness to military families is a big plus for us.

Very nice hotel in a great area, central to quite a few things in Philly. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and has an excellent staff. The rooms are pretty well appointed for a hotel of this class but a bit on the small side for the room price. I really liked the hotel decor, it was cool without trying too hard. This hotel also has a decent restaurant attached and allows dogs which is a huge plus for me.
