I’m from out of town, and I was driving with my boyfriend around the city. We passed by the 17th street and we saw this beautiful, trees with lights - corner restaurant and I immediately went to check online the reviews. They weren’t great, but we thought to give it a try. We didn’t know it was byob, but the hostess let us know, we went to get a bootle of wine and we set outside. We couldn’t miss that beautiful scenario. The food was great! Gnocchi gorgonzola the best thing to get as appetizer. Service was great, a bit quick, but great. We’ll come back, it’s a bit far, but we’ll try the shore locations as well. A+

Can't say enough for this family owned and operated restaurant. Great staff, and the best food I ever had. Went there on date and can't wait to go back with my family. Don't forget to bring your wine. It's BYOB

I was a little disappointed. We went for restaurant week with a huge party. I know they were busy but they should have prepared better knowing that they were going to be busy IMO. The food was tasty though!

Very hearty pasta dishes served INCREDIBLY fast. This is a great, cozy, local place to tuck into some comforting Italian food. The prices are not on the low end, and a bit higher than I would expect for the setting, but this might be because I am immensely cheap and unaccustomed to eating out frequently.

We hosted rehearsal dinner for 45 guests for our son’s wedding this Memorial Weekend and couldn’t ask for a better place than La Fontana Della Citta for our event! Ari and his team attended to every detail. The homemade food was abundant and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The evening was wonderful and all of our guests truly enjoyed it.
