This was one of the best stays in a hotel in a while. Although the pool was not available and the gym was minimal, the hotel rooms are spectacular and the staff is unbelievable. Even though there were sports teams at the hotel, everyone was having a great time in the lobby bar and staff was incredibly tolerant and allowed everyone to have fun. The lobby restaurant is great for food and drinks. The complimentary breakfast was also perfect. I would give the staff and the rooms 5 stars all day. Indoor pool would have been nice but really it wasnt a big deal. Great stay, Great Hotel.

Two very poor experiences at this hotel. Despite booked rooms and having checked in ahead of time, they moved us to a different hotel. They continuously overbook and then move you to a unaffiliated, typically worse, hotel. I’m a very loyal Marriott member, but I’ll avoid this hotel at any cost. It’s not worth the inconvenience that I’ve experienced twice now.

I Love The infrastructure of SpringHill Hotels...😍❤ Love the service, the bedrooms at 2 queen beds and sofa couch. Have pool, have laundry, have area for stay relaxed... The breakfast is good and fresh... The only think is the scramble eggs (please don't use the mix)... Is killing me... But everything else guys, you deserve 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!! Loved!

Hotel stuff is great. Rooms are great. Location is great. But be prepared to eat elsewhere (Hilton in King of Prussia may allow Marriott guests for breakfast or local Panera is another good option). Hotel management clearly does not pay attention to breakfast and quality of food. I am guessing people working in the kitchen may not have any food preparation experience. Food is greasy, fruits are not fresh from the shelves. Not a single item catches an eye or taste. I was mainly munching on refrigerated yogurt, but very much missing standard Marriott breakfast quality and standards. I am Titanium member, but seriously considering Hilton or other far more remote full service Marriott as food still starts the day.

Loved our experience at SpringHill suites. Very modern big rooms at an affordable rate. The breakfast was good and the pool was as well. It’s a small outside pool so it can be chilly. The room was really nice with comfortable beds and pillows. We had 4 adults and one infant and it was fine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.
