My son was staying at this hotel when he suddenly was hospitalized and passed away of cancer. He died Aug 17th but he had paid for his room through the end of the month. I contacted the hotel, advising them that he had passed and asked if we could get a refund on his room fee with a copy of his Death Certificate. Obviously he was not going to be needing the accommodations any longer. I was shocked to be told that a refund would not be possible under any circumstances. Obviously this policy is motivated by an impressive lack of human decency and greed on the part of management. I very much doubt that the room was allowed to remain unoccupied for the duration of the time my son had paid for. A good bit of money was pocketed by someone who was heartless enough to use our families tragedy for their own sick gain. Do not trust anyone who's appalling lack of ethics and morals is so absolute! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! This hotel has drug addicts and people living there. I have pictures of my bites. When we informed the front desk we were asked if we took a picture of the bugs? For 80$ you can stay at any other hotel within a 10 mile radious and NOT GET BIT BY BED BUGS!

The rooms themselves weren’t that bad considering the price. The employees were extremely nosy and treated everyone as if they were some sort of criminal. They said 110 a night and then randomly turned it in 130 a night because there were 2 people in each bed. They overcharged my friends card on “accident”. The employees who lived there (who were also related to the owners I assume) would look into our rooms as they walked by. Pretty sure they came in our room when we were gone when we had sign on the door. Horrible experience.
