The Joseph Ambler Inn today is the result of decades of work and vision by the owner, Richard Allman, and his dedicated staff. Finally got to the Joseph Ambler Inn! I threw up in Ambler, and have never been here until now. My husband surprised me, taking me here for dinner for my birthday in late September. It was still fairly warm at the end of September, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening while also enjoying a very good meal. We know they also offer lodging, and while we do not live that far from the Horsham area, it is on our list to enjoy an overnight stay there as well. If you're looking for a very good meal and some lovely outside dining atmosphere, you really must check out the Joseph Ambler Inn. We also plan to return to enjoy the dining inside as well.

My son had his wedding here. A WONDERFUL experience. Everything was perfect. That is, up until the end when everyone was rushed by the staff to clear out of the hall and get everything out immediately because another wedding was starting right then! Need to space out events better. This actually stressed out the bride and groom after an extremely wonderful day.

The Joseph Ambler Inn is a lovely establishment with several buildings on the property. I highly recommend contacting them if you have a celebration or event that you wish to hold catered, wedding reception, work celebration, etc. The staff are friendly and very genuine. During a recent engagement at the location in the "Jon Roberts House", our bartenders and servers were very accommodating. Each building has its own quaint appeal.

It is charming and quaint. The food is delicious and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and very comfortable and cozy. We had a 2-day function there and the staff was friendly, attentive and on point with everything we asked for. Would love to go back again. Highly recommend.

A unique place. It is like you are in an old village. Very rustic and some of it is pretty old. Some rooms are older with less amenities. Some are not air conditioned. And then some are fairly modern. The staff was friendly. Definitely worth a try. Choose wisely!
