Took my reservation for a family of 4 for a one bedroom with two queen beds. However, when we arrived at midnight (when we didn't have the opportunity to find another hotel option), we found that they only had a king size bed with a coach with a single pullout. When I asked the person at the front desk for her full name, I was refused that info. All I was given was the manager's card, that only include the hotel's main phone number.

Staybridge suites Montgomeryville in Northwales PA (outside of Philadelphia) has bedbugs but accused me of bringing one in that "has been dead for a long time" all to avoid comping my room for one night (wherein they were still getting a total of 400$ from me for the other 2 nights I stayed). I'm still scratching my back and they didn't care at all about me as a patron. Katie, the general manager was racist toward me and gave horrible customer service to me. I woke up to itching, spotted a live bug on the sheets and accidentally killed it while trying to catch it. They accused me of lying and bringing in an old dead bug despite me giving them the bug, showing them my back and providing them with all these pictures. I also had to buy bed bug spray and antiseptic. They refused to compensate me for the night I was bitten. Other people of different demographical backgrounds were compensated for far less. Stay away.

The room is good but no body comes to clean you room I stood 2 weeks and I asked many times to clean my room. My friends have the same problems. It is dirty hotel and the breakfast too bad

Management was lousy. Katie comes across as a nice person but never tells the truth. The new operations manager Stephanie is even worse. They only are looking of like kind and do not handle diversity and minority very well. The equipment in the kitchen is broken and management refuses to fix it. With over a 100 degrees in the kitchen the bread gets moldy and the milk gets curdled and they ask us to still put it out. They ask you stay late past your normal scheduled shift and treat the staff like hired help. The operations manager (Stephanie) is the worst of them smiling to your face and look replace minorities with people of her own kind. If you complain about equality they will make things up and claim you did not do your job. If you can run. Food contamination is an issue, but they do not like it when you state the obvious and simply do not care at all. Katie in short is simply not to be trusted.

Beautiful styled suites and great location! Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous when we checked in. The suites were very nice and clean. Some of the furniture looked old and one chair had a little tear in cushion. Breakfast was great, nice selections and catering staff were always professional and helpful when we asked them to replenish anything. We chose this hotel based on the hot tub and pool. We came to visit Sesame Place to celebrate one of our granddaughters birthday and wanted a great place to let the kids hang out and visit. The hot tub was dirty and there was no hot water so was unusable. Looked like it had not been cleaned recently - water was a tinted brown. Chlorine in pool was very strong. We will definitely stay here again and hopefully hot tub and pool will be better maintained and working!
