Power went out during the night. Woke up to a very cold dark room. No hot water. NO BACK UP GENERATORS. DARK STAIRWELLS WITH NO LIGHT WALKED DOWN 4 FLIGHTS IN DARKNESS!! Dirty Dirty CLEANING staff needs training CHECK the refrigerators people. My refrigerator had old black bananas in it. But from talking to staff they say it's the owners and they can't do anything to make it better. We have HAD to stay here numerous times because we have to always stay Hilton and it the only Hilton near this location.

Nice place . Rooms where very clean. No unpleasant smells. Complimentary breakfast,Indoor pool. only thing I wasn't happy about is that the pool was freezing. I jumped in tried to stayed in the water for about 10 minutes hoping my body will get used to the temp. But it was way to cold. But I would totally stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during the Too Many Games events in June 2019. We well we hosted out own events at the hotel on the Monday. This hotel was very accommodating letting us use the breakfast / common room on two evenings as well as the meeting room we booked we were able to stay in and use it after we were done. The rooms were nice and clean. Showers were great and it was situated close to the convention centre. Will stay here again!
