My stay was ok got the dream swt thought the tub was a jacuzzi jus a big tub, staff was friendly.

Personalized experience and friendly staff. Exceptional ameneties for the price. Location isn't the greatest if you want to tour around Philly (1 hour long drive) but there are shops and grocery stores within walking distance.

Short version: kind of gross, has bedbugs, nothing like the website says More detailed review: Their photographer and web designer should be really well-paid, because the website about this place is incredibly misleading. The showers they advertise so hard are dirty, with visible mildew, and the shower head (at least in room 117) makes the sound of a rocket taking off, the whole time you're in there. The rooms smell weird, maybe due to the mildew in the bathrooms, and the walls are thin--you can hear the parties upstairs, the cars driving into the lot, and pretty much everything else going on in or near the building. The beds are hard--not pillow-top mattresses like the website says--with dirty sheets. Worst of all, as of last month, they have bed bugs. Fun fact about bed bugs: a lot of times, the bites don't show up the same day. On me, they start showing up a day after the initial bite, which means we had "slept" (that is such a strong word--I tossed and turned and barely slept at all) there for two nights before the bites started showing up. New bites kept showing up for six days, because that's just how bed bug bites are. My husband's bites didn't show up for almost a week--he had hoped maybe his bed didn't have any bugs, but no. We were already going to leave a day early, because the sleeplessness was starting to really get to me. And then I noticed the bed bug bites, so we inspected the room, and yep: bed bugs. When we showed the person at the desk a photo we captured of a bed bug, they offered a partial refund, but not a full one, and when I contacted them asking for the rest of my money to be refunded (my arms and face were covered in bed bug bites; it was a miserable two weeks, as those healed and I had to run everything I'd brought with me through the dryer on high), they ignored me. The whole experience was miserable, and it was expensive. (My power bill this month was higher than it's ever been.) Pay a couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else.
