I started Moyo with both excitement and hesitation due to the fear of compromising my ongoing back issues. I also feared my current movement capabilities would stick out like a sore thumb in a class filled with experts! Every single different class at Moyo I experienced thus far surprisingly put all my fears and insecurities to rest. In fact, each instructor provided a class routine, and culture as “come as your are.” This provided comfort, support, and a customized instruction I have been seeking for years. I’m looking forward to this journey and very grateful to Moyo’s support in the process.
