The check in staff was pleasant and the room was ok but the bartender was absolutely insulting. Nick was rude to us and all the other guests at the bar/restaurant. We actually thought it might be a setup for a video to see people’s reactions he was so horrible. We have never had such poor customer service. We did notify the front desk and he was very apologetic. Nick needs to be fired!

I stayed here 1 night before a trip and 1 night after a trip. BOTH TIMES, instead of just adding a meal charge to my room, I was charged for the room again. It took several phone calls to the hotel and to Marriott's customer service before a credit was finally issued - almost a month later. There's no reason for this to happen one time, but twice is ridiculous. I will never stay here again.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bar had a reasonable draft beer selection. All staff were polite and attentive. Hotel just seemed to need an update.

I've stayed at many airport hotels and this one is one of the better ones. The hotel is very nicely maintained and the lobby is clean and modern. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. The rooms were more basic but very clean and with a comfortable bed and were quiet. Internet was fast and had no connectivity problems. The bar was okay and dinner choices were okay as well. The breakfast menu as fantastic and the restaurant staff went above and beyond! Overall definitely one of the better airport hotels.

We ended up having to stay here because of a canceled flight. The front desk was nice but on the slow side. I cannot thank the restaurant staff enough for accommodating us. We arrived shortly after they closed and were able to whip us up some food! We had to catch and early flight, had no vehicle and the delivery places said an hour wait! Thank you again for that! The rooms were clean but a little musty smelling and outdated. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't work very well. The shuttle that took us from the airport to the hotel was great. He was friendly and courteous. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was a completely different story. Grumpy and driving like a maniac! I know they are on a time schedule but.........
