Stayed there when we went to sesame street the best part is the free shuttle you dont have to look for parking.

So all positive reviews others made are valid. Location to sesame place, newly renovated etc. Just important to know if you are two adults and two children I would strongly recommend getting two queens/full beds instead of a king and sofa bed. The sofa bed is honestly slightly smaller then a full. More like a single bed. Unless you get a crib for your youngest. Also one other big factor is that most bathtubs have been taken out, so limited numbers of rooms have the tubs and so reserve early if it’s important to have one. We also had our very own small balcony on the 5th floor!

Great family experience. Indoor pool. Efficient shuttle to sesame place. No tub in bathroom. Nice updates. Internet tv brought our Netflix with us, which was a great touch!

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly & welcoming, the hotel & rooms themselves were very clean & it's conveniently located to Sesame Place & various restaurant & mall. The only downfall was that their indoor swimming pool was heavily chlorinated, so much so that it took my breath away when I walked in the pool room, I felt like I couldn't breathe & it completely bleached out my husband's swim trunks. I heard other guests complain of this as well.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was very delightful. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. Upon my arrival I was offered complimentary water. My 4 year old was offered a complimentary snack for the evening and the bonus was complimentary breakfast. Ken at the front desk is very kind hearted and helpful. Thanks for making my stay great!
