Went for an in-service. The place looks nice. Restaurant was closed but several places near bye. Maybe if I was a guest I would have more information.

Booked package thru sesame place website, the hotel provided shutter from and to sesame place.everything is good until the next day morning, I was told that complementary breakfast until noon, however when we got to the restaurant downstairs at 10:45, we were told the breakfast time is up to 11, however they closed breakfast already. The manager told us that we could still order and pay for our meal. We them got back to our room and called the front desk to complaint, finally they agree to prepare our breakfast and send to the room.

It a pretty good relaxing stay, comfy beds and good service. I would come back again for a night or two. It was kind of hard to get in and out of but overall I think it was pretty nice. Would recommend it to anyone traveling around this area. Keep up the good work.

Nice hotel and great proximity to Sesame Place. The room was nice and clean, bed and linings were great. Towels were not the softest. We ordered room service and they messed one order up, were missing parts of another and didn't give any silverware. They were super apologetic and gave several free cookies which my daughter was happy about. They didn't have an ice machine on each floor which was a pain and their elevators are slow. Our daughter loved that she could look out the window and see Sesame Place! We will certainly stay here on our next visit.

This hotel is much better compared to the Marriott nearby Sesame place. Staff is much more friendly and professional. Place is more well taken care of making it feel more luxurious. They have the softest towels of any hotel I've stayed at So far. One star removed because toilet in our first room was defective and over flooded into carpet. So we needed a room change right away
