I made a reservation for a 1 bedroom King Suite which they downgraded to a Studio Suite upon check in without telling me. When I went back to the front desk to discuss, they said 1 bedroom suite had a pet in it and was not clean. There was no good explanation for why I was not informed about this on check in. An offer was made to reduce my bill, but it was not fulfilled at checkout. While the hotel is new, poor customer service like this won't bring customers back.

Stay was okay. Was extremely disappointed that they don’t have “the Mix” at this location. Instead, they have a bar and small food menu item. Bar had happy hour which was expensive. My room had carpet in the kitchen...which is a first with RI’s I’ve stayed at. Probably will stay somewhere else if I come back to the area.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It felt like the hotel of the future. Erin, the food and beverage manager was awesome. The staff was great. The room was spectacular. The free breakfast was second to none. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel for families who are looking for long vacations. It has many amenities at nearby places such as Target, restaurants, Staples within 5 minutes drive. Very clean and new property with friendly and hospitable staff. It also has kitchen attached with hot plates, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils. Recommended for family looking for peaceful and long vacations
