Well appointed boutique Hotel. Check in experience was so personable with Barbara. Barbara gave me the history of the building and thus the name Notary. She gave a warm welcome as if I came home to family. Rooms are spacious, well designed, well maintained, clean, and extremely comfortable. I appreciate the elite recognition and room upgrade. Centrally located in Center City and in walking distance to most sights. Also well located for great restaurants, shopping, bars, and night life. I highly recommend this hotel and would return when visiting Philly again.

We stayed at the Notary Hotel for our wedding night in early October and it was a fantastic experience. We told the hotel staff in advance and Gary made sure to decorate our suite beautifully, with red-wrapped chocolates on the bed, and other treats. We felt very welcome by the staff. Thank you for the amazing service!

A darling hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The water hot and plentiful. I loved having a small fridge in the room and the location to the convention center was perfect. And the decor was very great Gatsby and I loved it.

Beautifully renovated hotel in the heart of Philadelphia. We had an easy and friendly check-in and were greeted by champagne and small desserts upon entering our room (high Marriott status). Highly recommend for a convenient and stylish stay in Philadelphia.

I loved the ability to come in and change certain stay details. The hosts were great every time I interacted with them. Facilities were friendly. The rooms were very good. I noticed that construction was being done and was not intrusive at all. The Restaurant 1926 was really accommodating to me and my friends who came over to eat dinner.
