Newly remodeled SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove is off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike just a short drive from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Our refreshed hotel rooms in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania feature spacious king and double/double suites. Experience sound nights of sleep on comfortable beds topped with plenty of fluffy pillows. Clean, very nice breakfast, kind nice accommodating staff, room was well appointed and very comfortable. The pool is clean and well maintained and the outdoor lounge area is very inviting for a cold beer after a long day. Great experience and great price.

This was one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had staying at a Marriot. We went over the weekend for a mini getaway. The room was extremely unclean. I noticed another review mentioned a mysterious red substance on their carpet and I’m curious if we received the same room because there was what appeared to be blood and hair in what should be fresh and clean sheets. The bathroom floor also had hair. I’ve never experienced this in any other hotel and I was shocked. I would caution anyone with sanitation concerns on using this hotel. The rooms themselves appear old and ours clearly had a leak at some point, they didn’t bother to even cover it up. Giving 2 stars because the breakfast was nice and that staff seemed to be working super hard.

Nice rooms, housekeeping excellent and fair breakfast. SIGNAGE FOR HOTEL LACKING. Hard to see entrance from road to enter. Enjoyed the stay and would return if in the area. SHS get that SIGNAGE FIXED.

My husband and I had to check out suddenly. In the midst of chaos I left my tablet on the night stand. We checked out at 7 a.m. Guest check in is at 3 p.m. The only people who had access to the room where my husband , myself and staff. I called back in hopes of retrieving it and after a 3 days of the "Run Around" I was told "No one ever mentioned a tablet". If you choose to stay here, I suggest you keep a close eye on your personal property. You may want to go out to eat or take a swim in the pool. There are thieves among the Staff. I will never stay at a Marriott again. I will encourage my friends to avoid Marriott and especially this particular location.

Very accommodating staff. Stayed an extra night. Rooms are very sizable. Continental breakfast is better than or as good as what many restaurants offer. Price is competitive.
