How about mac & cheese, loaded with sun-dried tomatoes, basil pesto and lump crabmeat? Maybe an order of avocado fries (yes, avocado fries!) to accompany all that? Doesn’t sound like your local bar’s food? Misconduct Tavern passionately takes staple comfort foods and spins them wildly and deliciously into hip, modern, mouth-watering cuisine. Misconduct’s homemade hot dogs are one of the best-kept secrets in Philadelphia. Celebrate your special event in our private space for up to 40 seated guests 65 guests cocktail style. It comes equipped with 4 TV's, a fireplace and private bathrooms. Group menus served family style and are replenished throughout the event. Prices range from $20-$30 per person + tax and gratuity. This location has a cash bar only in the private room and the minimum food and beverage spending to rent the room is $600-$800 room spending. This minimums amount is determined by the date and time of your event.

We now pretty much want to sit down, have drinks, and gossip with Luke. He is absolutely wonderful and took care of our every alcohol-related need. Wonderful staff, fun happy hour (oh my gosh the freshness of the oysters!), and friendly vibe.
