Blending native ingredients and cooking traditions with those of South America, Spain, Africa, Asia and several others, Cuban cuisine is a savory mix that reflects its colorful culture. Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar has been the destination to a many celebrities including The Rolling Stones, Robert DeNiro, Bradley Cooper, Teri Hatcher, Tim Roth, Mario Lopez, Billy Baldwin, Chazz Palminteri, Will Smith, Jill Scott, Brian McKnight, and Troy Aikman. Book your special event at Cuba Libre and be transported to the land of perfect cigars, mojitos, salsa dancing and tropical breezes in this Havana themed space. Choose the event space that suits your event: “La Plaza”: Enter the main dining room and be transported to a traditional open air courtyard in downtown Havana. The dining room is surrounded by exotic tropical foliage and vintage décor. This semi private space is situated under paddle fans and towering palm trees. Seats 50 for dinner events and 120 for reception events. “Harlequin Room”: Perfect for intimate dinner parties or small business meetings. This diamond patterned semi-private space is decorated with photos of downtown Havana. This secluded space on the main level seats up to 28 for dinner with cozy banquet seating at 2 adjacent tables. $1400-$1600 food and beverage minimum spend required. Events typically run 2.5 hours. “La Terraza”: This 2nd floor balcony overlooks the entire restaurant. The open air, yet private room holds up to 55 for dinner events and 80 for a reception. La Terraza has the best view of the entire restaurant! A $5,800-$6000 food and beverage minimum spend is required for this space. “La Galleria”: Come enjoy our very own gallery of photos taken by and of Chef Guillermo Pernot. Taken from his last trip to Cuba, each photo has its very own story. You will certainly see where he gets some of his inspiration! Seats 45 for plated dinner events and 55 for a reception. Satellite bar may be available depending on room set-up and guest count. For all parties of 10 or more dining with us, one of our chef curated set menus would be required for the group. Entire 2nd Floor: Book the entire second level. Seats up to 100 for dinner and 150 for cocktail receptions. Multi-course group plated dinners,buffet stations and open bar packages available . Entertainment and event options: Professional dancers, salsa lessons, rum expert, cigar rollers, live music, and choreographed floorshows.

Fantastic place for a night out! Not sure if they still have $5 mojitos before midnight Friday nights but they’re amazing! The vibe is great and you are sure to have a great night. The parking situation might be a little troublesome but there are always public parking garages around

The food was amazing! Dinner here is absolutely worth it. Service was also mostly great and the restaurant itself certainly had an awesome aesthetic.

I took 2 stars for their terrible hostess. We went as they were changing over from brunch and she told us to come back in an hour. The food here is so good that we went to another bar for the hour and went back. The same hostess with an attitude said we couldn't sit outside because she promised it to someone else that was not there. I then pointed out another table she was like "omg there is another table". When we finally got seated the waiter informed us that they only had appetizer for now because they were changing from brunch and we had to wait another hour. After we just did that. The waiter was excellent. He apologized and ran back to the kitchen and was able to have them make us what we wanted. That's how you you take care of customers. The food was delicious! The mango butter with Cuban bread sounds odd but is so good. Other than the bad hostess this place was excellent!

The restaurant was really good. The environment was lovely and the food was delicious. The only huge problem was that when my cousin got her water there was a red lipstick stain on the glass and she was not wearing any lipstick. Also there was a hair in my drink and it was blond and my hair is black. We told the waitress about this and he just removed the hair without even replacing the drink. And when we told him about the lipstick he said it was probably my cousin’s which was not. Overall everything was good expect for the hygiene which is a big no no.

It’s the place to be for nightlife . Tropical atmosphere. Great for a night out or a group celebration. The decorations make pictures look great. Great drinks and friendly staff. Great crowd every time.
