The property’s 28th floor, Level28, is dedicated to our residents’ well-being and enjoyment with an expansive glass-enclosed Olympic-sized pool, state-of-the-art Technogym fitness center and yoga area, 3D golf simulator, outdoor terrace with fire pits, sophisticated a.lounge, business center facilities, and a private screening room. AKA residents can also enjoy Walnut Street Café, a highly anticipated addition to Philadelphia’s burgeoning culinary scene, and Cira Green, a spectacular one-acre elevated urban park offering an array of cultural arts events and experiences. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects with interiors and amenities from Lissoni Associati, the location of AKA University City at Cira Centre South has a prominent place in the Philadelphia skyline - and the highest views of any residential building in the city. The Cinema Room accommodates up to 20 people . Rental rate on weekdays (M-Th) the rate is $100 per 3-hour period. Weekends (F-Su) the 3-hour rate is $300. If you require additional space Level 28’s Boardroom holds 10- 12 persons around one large table. Our Cinema is great for classroom-style and/or visual presentations for up to 20 guests. This combination works only if your agenda turns on smaller breakout presentations.

I have been staying at the AKA University City every weekend for the past month and I have not one complaint. This place is incredible. Staff is accommodating and friendly, the views are breathtaking, and the rooms are well appointed, furnished beautifully and have a chic modern feel to them. I plan on continuing to stay here on the weekends, AKA is now my second home! Thank you for the pride your company takes in its exceptional customer service and hospitality!

This place is mediocre at best. I've stayed at less expensive hotels that were better than this. Its esthetically pleasing but that's it. The rooms and dusty and the food is expensive and just ok. I'm staying here now but will not be returning.

Don’t book this hotel I made a reservation front desk was very rude. Clearly all the workers are not on the same page. There person I spoke with told me for Sunday’s there was no room fee but when I got there it was a different story I asked the front desk and was told the rules just changed. So why was that not communicate I don’t understand why all the workers don’t know that and I waited over an hour to check check in but saw them check in multiple people before me but made me wait until three o clock and then that happens. If there a little bit nicer and clearer I would have just paid the deposit!

My experience could not have been better. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is the first review I've felt the need to write. Joe the aka representative who checked us in was AHMAZING. He helped my friends and I get rooms together, helped my husband get a drink when he arrived late and the bar had just closed, helped us get a ride in the tesla to dinner. The rooms are gorgeous, and the amenities are top of the line. Rave reviews to Joe and AKA University City, we will be staying again for sure.

Very nice accommodations. Spot on amenities. The pool is unlike any other. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff and hey! They'll drive you around in Tesla 😁
