Excellent wedding venue with amazing outdoor setup 2 courtyards & corn crib. Beautiful spacious indoor dinner / reception area. One of the top 2 ( possibly #1 ) most impressive venues in Central PA & awesome staff! Highly recommend!

Beautiful venue! Perfect choice for an elegant wedding in the country. The grounds, ponds and barn were top notch and the staff try to think of everything to keep guests at their happiest. The food was excellent and all details are well thought out here... Even down to the lighted parking and staff guiding your steps. Highly recommended 👰🤵

I had the privilege of attending an event here a couple of weeks ago. I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, quality of the food, and the never-ending charming detail in every room. I've been to beautiful large venues before; however, this venue had a unique charm, unlike some of the larger ones I've seen.

Well run and a lovely setting for Weddings or any group event. The caterer had excellent food options and the staff was first rate. Very Highly recommended.

When my husband and I were looking at wedding venues in Lancaster, this was the first and only venue we looked at. After just one visit to this beautiful property, we were floored by its enticing atmosphere, and warm and welcoming owners, Paige and Betsy. We knew instantly that this would be the place where we would begin the rest of our lives together. Paige was incredibly insightful and helpful throughout the entire process, answering any question we had, and letting us visit the property several times to bring our parents and to get a better idea of how we wanted to set up decorations, etc. On the big day, Betsy was there to ensure our wedding went smoothly and our guests were comfortable. The venue itself is stunning. The entire wedding party was able to get ready on-site in the spacious farmhouse. There is a brand-new welcome area for guests to have a drink and use the bathroom before the ceremony. The big selling point for us was that there is a back-up location on-site, so in the case of inclement weather, we had absolutely no worries. The FAER staff made our day effortless, and we highly recommend this venue for weddings or any event. Thank you!!!!
