Great facility was provided. Architecture was beautiful. Staff were greeted us very well. Services was great. Room was beautiful and clean Great location. Great section of bar.

Great facility was provided. I enjoyed the spa. I liked the room its was beautiful with comfortable furniture. I liked the interior. Staff were nice. Great location.

Good quality hotel, service was very good. In an excellent central location easy to walk to most key sites. Food was good to excellent and the bar is popular. Decor/fitout is a little dated but the quality materials and workmanship are holding up well. I found it hard to get enough (any?) fresh air into the room but this is common to most big hotels with double glazed windows.

Room was wonderful. Nice in size, bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant was amazing. Definitely up to par with the prices for a luxury hotel. Room service was also great. So many chains (even luxury), moving to plastic instead of plated room service meals. They definitely got it right here as well! This was for work, and all meals catered by the hotel for lunch were good, not great, but still had a level of detail not seen everywhere. Overall, if you want to stay in Philly for a night, or you want to go here for a work week function, definitely a place to keep in mind!!!
