Fat Salmon openedits first dooor as Shinju  sushi at 930 Locus Street. 5 years later we moved to the current location and changed the name to Fat Salmon. It comes from our main character and how customers love salmon.

It's neck and neck with Sagami. Sagami had been my favorite sushi joint since forever but this place is as good. I love it here.

This place is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a good lunchon, this place comes instantly to my mind. splendid and diverse food and a rich menu.professional team, and agreeable atmosphere. Also, the charge is decent. I suggest this spot with pleasure.

One of the best sushi spot in the area! Service food vibe... I just love everything about this place. Servers are very attentive and knowledgeable, and dishes are always on point! Presented beautifully too. Just give this place a shot and you won't regret it.
