Absolutely beautiful historic estate on the edge of Valley Forge. We attended a wedding there, and we had a great experience. There is a house and some barns. The events are much better if they can use the outdoor spaces (we had beautiful weather). The facilities are not setup for a traditional wedding hall reception. Instead, the rooms in the house were used with specific purposes, such as dancing in one room, buffet food service in another room, and drinks in a separate. The dining tables were outside. We found this arrangement worked out great. The barns were primarily a backup for bad weather. There is plenty of on site parking.
The director Kate was great to work with and made great recommendations for our wedding to flow smoothly. Our 85 guests fit well into the house and the house had so much character we needed barely any decorations. We used the barn for cocktail hour which worked out really well. The property and house were a great backdrop for photos. Small warning: we had two cars in the parking lot broken into at night when everyone was inside the house. Other than that, everything went perfectly.
