Quick stop for drinks and snacks great appetizer menu plus happy hour specials! Excellent service very friendly helpful staff from the front door to the exit! Totally satisfied I shall return highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯

We booked this hotel for my sisters wedding. From the very beginning, the hotel seemed very disorganized to set up a block of rooms. After many attempts they finally set a block for us but every time we had guests trying to book the rooms, they were getting a message saying the rooms were full and they couldn’t book one. This was an on going issue for about 6 months. The management here really needs to be improved. For a new hotel, we expected a better experience. However the hotel was really nice and clean. They distributed gift bags to our guests rooms that we had provided. Also, we were told the hotel lobby bar would be open until 2am so after the wedding we planned to hang out at the bar... at 1:15am, we still had about 30 people at the bar and they started closing up on us. I felt that was pretty rude since they said they weren’t open until 2. But they missed out on a few hundred dollars. They don’t seem to really care about their customers. I would probably chose a different hotel next time.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming and very helpful from the moment I checked in. They suggested restaurants and things to do and see. Johnny the bell man went above and beyond and was so kind. The rooms are modern with tile floor which I really like. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and Bluetooth mirror which was a nice bonus. I did not eat at the restaurant or bar but it looked very clean and well kept. Overall I had a great stay here. The hotel is walking distance to everything in downtown; big attractions, restaurants, shopping, convention center and more. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Philadelphia.

Convenient, High quality, clean and great for business travels short stays. Cost is pretty reasonable for something new! The only confusing thing was the entrance was the basement level and you had to go upstairs for the guest service. Valet parking was going on, so it was pretty good considering I had to wait for someone to direct me. They did a great job overall.

Loved this hotel! I was in town for a family emergency and this hotel brought comfort in a time of such sadness for me. The beds are like pillows and just heavenly. The staff were so helpful and even hold your luggage so you can go grab food or coffee before getting your vehicle out of parking. Everything was clean, bathrooms had bomb shower heads, awesome lighting (plus for those who care) & bluetooth connection. All around great hotel, would recommend to anyone.
