While many of our local competitors will bombard you with documentation, spam emails, and harassing phone calls, often at work, we strive to keep our style much more friendly and low-key. After your initial contact, we’ll respond to your inquiry in the appropriate manner. Shortly thereafter, we’ll follow up with a phone call or an email message to ensure all your questions are answered. At that time, if you’d like, we will gladly schedule a time to meet with you on an individual basis to review your reception plans and our available packages and services.

After our meeting, we find that the majority of our clients decide to move forward by singing an agreement and placing a deposit to secure their entertainment, but you may find that we aren’t the company for you. That’s okay, at least we had an opportunity to put our best foot forward. Simply send us an email or give us a call to inform us of your decisions and the communication will end there.
