Hotel is nice nothing to say about that. Too bad that they made some mistakes with my bill and then drove me crazy wasting so much time trying to reach the accounting department. A nightmare ! Not the customer service level you would expect from a hotel with that price

Often stop prior to Meetings for Water or Coffee. Staff in the morning are very considerate and consistent. A few minor changes to the Breakfast menu would be welcomed by many people.

Great location, polite and attentive staff.Very nice,clean comfortable room.I like the two elevator ride for security purposes and they are NOT far apart. Big TV in room is great. Have stayed before, will stay again, although I did miss Murray, the lounge bartender who retired

Pretty nice rooms. Amazingly nice staff. I usually do not stay in this type of hotel so I missed free breakfast. Love the location. Little dated, but most in the area are. Could use a bit better cleaning.

My stay here was amazing and i was truly happy with the experience i had. The hotel was nice and the services they provide were also great. The food was delicious and worth the money. The staff was nice too. Recommended hotel.
