The Study at University City showcases public spaces and guest rooms designed in minimalist luxury style with a bright, uplifting palette reflective of contemporary residential living. Guests should check out the vibrant and dynamic “Living Room” — the core of the hotel featuring a cafe, comfortable seating and areas of discovery and connection. The hotel also houses an on-site art gallery that highlights the creative work of local artists and students on a rotating basis. Offering over 7,000 sq. ft. of event and light filled social catering space including a banquet salon and a suite of oversized conference studios. An impressive banquet salon is clad with an asymmetric pairing of brushed flannel panels and deep vertical oak slat walls. All spaces are fully equipped with the latest in audio-visual technology. Ideal for spirited talks, social gatherings, planning sessions, recruiting and general business meetings. Event terraces allow guests to experience the vibrancy of University City with campus and city views. Our meeting room for 50 people has a rental fee of $400 + tax and service fee

I had an exceptional experience. The hotel is very unique & beautiful, it gives a boutique vibe that is perfect for people who travel often and want service, comfort and ambiance. The staff was friendly, however, Robert was extremely helpful. He got all of my luggage, was very professional and gave overall wonderful customer service. His positive energy and willingness to assist guests is what every customer based business needs. GREAT HOTEL!

I stayed at The Study for one night while attending a conference. Great location, trendy decor. Good restaurant on premises with lots of vegetarian options.

Very clean and new hotel, stylish. good service and prompt valet. Nicer toiletries than other Philly hotels. A lot nicer than other hotels closer to center City in the same price range. Still walking distance (~20 min) to City Hall or The Franklin Institute.
