The lobby is magnificent. Old world charm, well maintained and a great social gathering place. The rooms are another story. Long in the tooth. Reminds me of the old Four Seasons before they shut down and built the new one. We had a one bedroom suite. The bedroom literally had a fridge on the floor plugged into the wall like a college dorm room. (See picture) The bathroom had three access panels in the ceiling like you would find in a motel, not the Ritz Carlton. Couldn’t get warm water in the sink, piping hot or cold. Utterly disappointed and won’t stay again. Time for a remodel.

Love this hotel. A beautiful lobby. Great staff and comfortable rooms. Close to everything in Philly!
A great hotel at a great location. A converted building with columns in the front. The rooms are nice, and good size. Modern and updated to a fair amount. The rooms are smaller compared to other locations, but the charm is preserved due to the building and location. Has a great lounge and bar area with ample sitting. The spa was great too.
