Our Graff House meeting room on the Lobby Level of the hotel accommodates 50 people with a $550 room rental and a $200 food & beverage minimum.

Great location and an easy walk to many attractions. Beautiful hotel. The Urban Farmer restaurant has amazing food and great service. We had reservations at another hotel across the street but cancelled due to negative reviews. We had minor housekeeping issues that were easily resolved. We enjoyed the baked pretzels in the afternoon. We loved Philly and will stay here again. Our room overlooked the courtyard offering a pretty view and quiet for sleeping. The service at the hotel was very good.

It pains me to write this review. My preference is stay away from social media! I love Hilton properties and have been using them for both business and pleasure. Stayed at the Logan in September with my family because I received wonderful reviews from my former meeting planners. Checked in, upgraded my room as a Diamond member and it was downhill from there. Suite was not clean, dust everywhere. Wall panel to close drapes did not work, master had no towels, etc. I could go on. Room slip ups happen and I understand, but to not communicate in a timely fashion is not acceptable. The Diamond desk got involved and asked me to forward the letter to them and that I would hear from someone in three days I received a response a week later, Called management to discuss the email and never received a call back. Sent a follow up to the email and still waiting for a response. If this stay was for business I would be inclined to never use them again. Not sure if there is a management shortage to oversee these very easy customer service issues but the Hilton Brand has taken a hit with me. Help!

I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and their outstanding staff. My wife and I are traveling for her birthday and decided on The Logan based on location and reviews. The central location makes everything in walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, large, and modern but homey. Closets galore which my wife loves. The staff has been accommodating beyond my wildest dreams. First we arrived early and they were able to get us into our room without issue. I need to specifically mention Madison at the front desk for being friendly and smiling, even at 4 am when we arrived. I called the day before and requested early check in. Madison said she would do her best to get us into a room, especially since we just did a 5 hr red eye. Not only did she deliver and get us quickly situated, we were even upgraded I believe. Overall the hotel is beautiful, perfectly located, has a wonderful steakhouse and rooftop patio. The staff is accommodating and warm. The rooms are large, updated, comfortable and have fantastic water pressure. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Philly. Thank you from a proud and grateful Hilton Honors member.

One of our favorite places to stay in Philly. Chic and modern. Great amenities. Family friendly. And the Urban Farmer restaurant is great - ate there 3 times during our stay.

Great hotel experience. The amenities were perfect and the staff was very friendly. The bar at the top was a good touch as well! The views were spectacular. I did not have any food there so I can't comment on the quality or taste. I would assume it's top notch. I will be booking there whenever I need to go back to Philadelphia.
