About

The Liacouras Center is a 10,200-seat multi-purpose venue which opened in 1997 and was originally named "The Apollo of Temple". The arena was renamed in 2000 for Temple University President, Peter J. Liacouras.

Cool venue for a show. Don’t know how it is for a basketball game, but cool to see a music act at.

If I had a good reason why I loved it it is because I was there to watch the Lower Merion aces play a basketball game there. It is without a doubt the best place I have ever been. I am not gonna lie, it is such an awesome place and/or venue. It is the size of the Wells Fargo center, but in a college setting. Words can't express how much I loved it, so 💯💯👍🏀♠️

Nice venue for conference! Seats are comfortable.3 levels,of seating. Always super clean after the Jehovah's Witnesses assembly. Parking available right across street.Could use more bathrooms.

This weekend is the last of three, 3day conventions; "Love Never Fails" Regional Convention. It is one of the many means by which God's people are taught by him!😃😃😃 Isaiah 2:2-4; 54:13 John 6:44,45 These scriptures point to the greatest privilege given to man today, to be educated by the Sovereign Lord of the universe. Matthew 11:25 Tomorrow, Sunday, July 28 is the last day and the public is invited; free of charge and no collections are taken. The doors open at 8am and the closing song and prayer is at 3:30pm. At 11:20 a Public Bible Discourse: True Love in a Hate-Filled World--Where? will be discussed. Everybody need love! Come and check it out!

I was there for the Jehovah's Witnesses convention. It's just amazing to be able to enjoy a 3 day event with thousands and not have to worry about any violence or crime. The police officers must love that assignment. Place was transformed into a clean house of worship.
