As Philadelphia’s only hotel on the National Register of Historic Places, The Bellevue Hotel occupies a storied place on South Broad Street in Center City. From our Avenue of the Arts location, head a half-mile north to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, discover nearby theaters including the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, or browse the Shops at the Bellevue in our building. For more than a century, The Bellevue Hotel has hosted prominent large-scale events including galas and national conventions. Find a suitable home for your next black-tie event or executive meeting in our 30,000 square feet of lavish event space, including private dining in our restaurant, XIX (NINETEEN). Additionally, enjoy in-house catering and support from a dedicated meeting concierge. We do not allow outside food or beverages. Our Nine meeting rooms offer individual or master controls for heat / AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, special lighting effects and 110V single-phase electricity and a Self-service business center with high-speed Internet service. Our Conference Room Setup for 25 people has a rental fee of $600 with a deposit of $450 Meeting rooms with Theater, Classroom, U Shape or Round Table set up for 25+ people has a daily rental fee of $1500 with a deposit of $1125

We stayed for 2 days at Hyatt. The day before check out, we inquired if we can have a late check out since our flight was around 9 PM. We were given information by the front desk receptionist that Hyatt will allow complimentary stay till noon however, we will be charged $25 per hour after that and we can update them in the Morning (if we would like to do so). As such, we planned our trip with plan to extend the checkout till 6 pm however, when we approached the front desk in the Morning, we were told that we were given incorrect information and they simply can not do any thing about it since the hotel is fully booked. The manager had no courtesy to her customers and just simply apologized without owning to the mistake made by her staff and offering any reasonable solution. It was very unprofessional and some thing that we do not expect from a hotel chain like Hyatt. After this experience, we do not think we would like to stay in Hyatt again. In nut shell, this is just unacceptable to leave customers in such a tricky situation at the eleventh hour when some thing was promised to them by Hyatt's staff on duty. Very disappointed. Need to train the staff to give correct information to customers and have a courtesy to owe their mistake by offering a solution.

It is a beautiful hotel with great services. But all the lights where dim and we could not see what we were doing half the time. But everyone is nice to you and calls you ‘sir’ etc. The breakfast is great with very chatty staff you are happy to help. The food is great with a buffet and other hot dishes. Overall it was great!

One of the best experience . The hotel had a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Quite well maintained .Rooms are quite cozy and comfy. Should visit here once if you ever have the opportunity.

This hotel was amazing! From the excellent customer service from the staff to the extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. The location is perfect, we walked to many eateries and there’s plenty of shopping. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing, best cocktails! Only thing we had an issue with was parking. The parking garage located next door was extremely convenient but very pricey. I suggest utilizing public transportation, which we will next time we come to Philadelphia.

This. Place. Is. BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't even describe it-- like a beautiful, old maze. Almost haunting in the beauty, there are long spiral staircases and luxurious outdoors-from-the-inside look complete with an abandoned bar at one end and a piano at the other. If you are a curious person, if you love to explore, stay at the Bellevue. And the gym facilities there are amazing-- ladies, the hot tub is like 2 hot tubs put together. And there's a pool, a steam room and sauna, and then an actual gym that spans 2 floors, I believe. Check their website-- you'll be amazed, or curious at the very least.
