Standard Marriott fare. Parking/validating was a hassle and turns out staying at the hotel saved a whopping $2 over parking in the lot as a drive-in. Hardly worth the trouble of validating. But the staff were nice and room was clean. Right on the edge of Penn's or Drexel's campus so great location.

The staff was extremely present and eager to help all guests even when the entire hotel was sold out. Their efforts did not go un-noticed and I appreciate everything they do in their quest for excellent customer care. I will definitely be returning to that hotel if my travels take me back to university city in the future.

Clean. Kind. Attentive. I have stayed here multiple times for work conferences and they exceed my expectations every time. They are constantly going above and beyond to make sure our stay and meetings go as smooth and pleasant as possible. The location is great and is in walking distance of many delicious restaurants, shopping and parks to walk/run. If you feel like staying in there is a large, amazing, authentic Asian restaurant off the main lobby. I get excited to see when our meeting are held here- I would absolutely recommend it!

Staff members were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was Drexel move-in weekend, and I was surprised at how quiet it was, in fact. I was disappointed in some small housekeeping items. There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom, so i had to keep moving it from the sink to the tub. Also, when I arrived, there was the typical small coffee maker with some good quality tea bags and those prepackaged Starbucks coffee packets. I used them all up the first day and assumed they would be replenished when housekeeping cleaned the room. I was out all day at an event, and I was very disappointed when I got back at 9 p.m. and nothing had been replaced. I suppose I could have called and requested refills, but I was tired after a long day so I just went to sleep and walked over to Starbucks in the morning. If not for these things, I would have given the hotel five stars. Also, they should be better about updating their web site. It said that the outdoor pool was closed, and when I checked in, the cheerful clerk told me they had decided to keep it open because the weather was so mild. I hadn't brought my suit, and apparently neither had any of the other guests because no one used the really gorgeous looking pool the whole weekend. And the temperature was near 90.

Jacqueline Silva was an amazing at check in. I'm 54yrs old and have traveled to many destinations. I've never experienced such great customer care. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional!!! The rooms were very clean. I will stay at this hotel everytime I'm in Philly. This lady definitely deserves a raise and a promotion!! This review is from an Air Force Veteran. She thanked me for my service more than once. What a great person!!
