Informative place to learn about how the different branches of government interact. Plays with live actors provide another mode of learning. Special exhibits catch the attention like signer's hall. The view of Independence mall is worth coming here by itself

A great place to brush up on your American History. We spent much of the day exploring this and some other downtown historic houses. What a refreshing trip. Some much of our U.S. history is housed here - much of it I had already forgotten the details many years ago.

Such an awesome museum. Love the auditorium. The signers hall is amazing. And the exhibit on the Civil War and Reconstruction was so well done and accurate.

Especially loved the room with the signers of the Constitution. Can walk right up to Ben Franklin and look him in the eyes. Touch the hands of the signers. Look at the lines in their hands. Stand right next to George Washington's statue and marvel at his height. It is a very powerful place that perfectly captures the feelings of that time when the signers were debating and making our Constitution and nation.

The place was huge, it was a great experience. Everything looks amazing, and lots of information! I mostly loved the theater, it was an amazing sight and great story! The narrator in the theater explained everything about the U.S. and how it became how it's like now. I really really suggest going, and better with friends or family!
