The Kimmel Center campus is comprised of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts (Verizon Hall, Perelman Theater, SEI Innovation Studio, and the Merck Arts Education Center), the Academy of Music (owned by the Philadelphia Orchestra Association), and the Merriam Theater.

Large Center, where you see performances. Teaching music programs. Creature comforts. Roomy cafe with tables. Order food and drinks while waiting to enter the theatre. Parking is easily available. Saw Lisa Fischer and Grand Baton accompanied by the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra. The entire program was perfect

Beautiful venue with excellent accoustics. Good seating, great layout. We love attending events here.

The seating staff are exceptional and genuinely exceptional people. However the servers at the concession stands are their opposite. The overpriced food isn't helped by the fact that they don't tell you until it's too late about extra charges. For instance if you order a canned drink upon pouring it into a cup that's an extra $4 So watch out for that. typical Philly parking which means we parked elsewhere in a lot. The center looks upscale and staff are a hit or miss depending on the department.

Great venue to hear the Orchestra. WAY more leg room than the Academy of Music. Acoustics way better than when they first opened.

I was here for a conference... the rooftop garden has a beautiful view. The view was spectacular. Perfect location for business or social events
