We used Wood Craft BBQ and Catering for our wedding and could not have been happier with the process and the results. About six weeks before our wedding, we parted ways with our previous caterer and were in desperate need for our second option. Sal stepped in right away, and was a joy to work with during this stressful time. He was open and accommodating to all of our requests, especially roasting a whole pig on-site, and brought up new ideas that we hadn’t thought of before, but that were perfect for us. Wood Craft BBQ and Catering was the ideal caterer for our wedding as Sal was communicative during the planning process, and was so knowledgeable and organized that we had utmost confidence that the catering was taken care of without the need for us to oversee it. And the results spoke for themselves. Our guests raved about the food, with that being one of the most talked-about aspects of our wedding. It was so nice that tasty BBQ could be served alongside delicious vegan options, satisfying various different palettes/diets. In fact, we loved the food so much that we booked Wood Craft BBQ and Catering for a party a couple of weeks later.
