About

A native of New York City; Chef Jay began his professional culinary career making chili in the kitchen at the well known Italian deli/restaurant "Sopranos" in Waverly, NY. Chef Jay's deep appreciation for "gastropub" style cuisine was developed while living and working in Fulham London, UK; where he was exposed to a variety of foods and cooking styles that fueled his intense passion for cooking. Jay eventually learned various cooking techniques and skills under the Executive Chef at the Arbiter pub/restaurant where he was a Deputy Bar Manager. Jay would occasionally fill in for absent sous chefs and worked and studied the nuances of French, Italian, and Classic American cuisine.Vendor ABC” is an Event Planner.
