We are also recognized as the original and premier authentic, BYOB-style Italian restaurant in center city, as well as in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Located at 2048 Sansom Street. In a circa 1840's coach home, enjoy classic, imaginative Italian cuisine & fresh made pasta .Historical Sansom Street offers entertainment at Helium Comedy Club, Adrien Theatre Shakespere Theatre , and Roxy movie theater, just doors away. This diminutive BYOB was one of the first in a wave of no-frills Italian trattorias, and it remains one of the best. The Sansone brothers serve up excellent homemade pastas and tasty bruschette along with a dose of exuberant hospitality. Celebrate your special event with up to 40 guests in our private room with private restroom facilities. You're welcome to bring any of your own beverages ,wine, beer, spirits,and soda. No corkage fee applies. For your celebration you can appoint the room with any decorations that you wish, and we have early drop off for your beverages. Credit card is required to hold the room. The exact number of guests will be considered 7 days before the event, that will be the final number you are charged for. Any special dietary needs can be accommodated and children as well. A $100-$300 deposit is required to secure your reservation. If you notify the restaurant of cancellation 15 days before the reservation you will receive your deposit back. The deposit will be applied to your final bill total the night of your event. Fixed menu is $40-$70 per person.

First time going tonight and was some of the best food I have ever had. The two brothers that run the place are the nicest guys and make everyone feel welcomed! Will definitely be back many more times. Small place with a personalized feel, make sure you make a reservation! We had the garlic bread, burrata, risotto, ravioli and chicken milanese. All of them were amazing and portions were a good size. We spent about $95

Wow wow wow....the food here is nothing short of amazing. This is a fantastic byob spot that I can’t recommend highly enough. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their menu and very accommodating. We had a party of 14 and they were able to make it work for us without issue. Do yourself and favor and check this place out.

Would be 5 stars if it didn't take an hour and a half to get my meal. Food was incredible. Place is small, not more than 12 tables or so. I get things are made to order but it's entirely too long of a wait for the size.
